Opened on August 10, 1793, the Musée du Louvre is a world reference for its cultural and historical value. With a consecrated and rigorous artistic curatorship, its collection includes works and historical collections from the Middle Ages, totaling more than 300 thousand works, ranging from Islamic art to the Renaissance, in addition to pieces from Egypt and Ancient Greece, among other rarities. .
In 1993, the historic complex gained the Carrousel du Louvre, a shopping center that houses renowned luxury boutiques, art galleries, as well as restaurants and an international contemporary art salon.
The exhibition, which took place between April 8 and 10, was curated by Marisa Melo, founder of UP Time and a member of the International Art Association. “The last time we were at the Carrousel du Louvre was in October 2019, before the pandemic. To be back in this event of great importance to the art world is an honor and an immense joy, especially for representing such unique and talented artists”, she celebrates.
